**The Role**

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as our Regional Construction Manager? This is a senior position located in our Bunbury branch. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to build relationships with our internal and external stakeholders as well as achieve our business objectives in the South West region.

Key responsibilities include:

- Organization of residential new homes plumbing installations
- Effective communication with our customers, subcontractors and co-workers
- Training and mentoring our Tradesman and Apprentices
- Managing the day operations of our Bunbury Branch
- Ensuring plumbing installations are compliant and to a high standard

**You**

You will be required to have a demonstrated ability in:

- Available to start and finish your days from our Bunbury Branch
- Organization of residential new homes plumbing installations with the ability to multitask
- Well-developed customer service skills and leadership qualities
- Willingness for ongoing training and a desire to improve skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in supervision of plumbing installations desirable
- Current trade qualifications
- Current Plumbing Contractors licence desirable but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
