**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding applicant to join the team and be responsible for coordinating end-to-end requirements and processes involved in student conduct matters. This includes liaison with students and university staff, providing advice and assistance on best practice in dealing with student conduct matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative, policy, and procedural instruments.

**As Student Conduct Coordinator, you will**:

- Originate and investigate cases relating to student misconduct including data analysis, collation of evidence (i.e., assessment artefacts, witness statements), initial interpretation, verification, and case type.
- Responsible for the administration and case management in accordance with university misconduct rules, the direction of the Manager Student Conduct (Academic) to meet service delivery timeframes.
- Ensure all cases are lodged and managed in the university approved on-line student misconduct repository.
- Manage the student conduct appeals process consistent with the relevant legislative instrument, including liaison with staff, students, proxy’s, and legal counsel.
- Follow up with staff and students to ensure that panel/board actions are understood and completed within specified times. This includes but is not limited to guidance as to Academic Integrity matters, lodgement of sanctions, change of grades, and rescission of awards.
- Provide training in relation to student misconduct to Curtin staff.
- Responsible for the coordination of policy compliance with government legislation in relation to misconduct and its impact on progression management for international onshore students.
