About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager, who is at the heart of the growth, retention and customer satisfaction in the Technogym Digital Solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Achieve sales and profitability target of digital offering**: software, hardware and devices
Monitor the performance of digital portfolio (sales, users, installations, renewal rate, etc ) highlighting gaps and opportunities
Coordinate the network of digital sales specialists making sure that they work in line with the culture and the required productivity levels
Support the National Key Account Managers creating rapport with the CTO/CIO/CDO, promoting the digital offering and guaranteeing execution
Within the guidelines provided by the HQs, create partnerships with local membership software companies and approved third parties
Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management
Monitor competitors, in terms of pricing, products feature etc. providing proactive market feedback to HQ
Interact with Marketing & Sales Managers to define tailored solutions and initiatives for each vertical market
Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction
Monitor discount to maximize profitability
Support product launch, promotion and commercial activities to generate leads (i.e. exhibition, direct Mktg, e-Mktg)
Build best practices based on successful real customers case history in order to value digital solution offering on the market
Leads the team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to Company Culture

**Requirements**:
3-5 years of experience in B2B field position in premium sales

**Advanced software user**: web, social media, ICT devices and tools, cloud services
Go-getter with a desire to succeed and exceed in the achievement of targets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
CRM knowledge and embracement
Strong negotiation skills
Experienced in selling services, especially digital solutions
Passionate about fitness and wellness
Integrity and loyalty
Can do attitude - self-motivated and proactive
Solution oriented, Result driven, Team player
Consultative approach
