Serve established customer base by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on potential new customers and segments as required by the company.
- Adjust sales pitch to meet the needs of the existing and new or potential customers by having a clear understanding of customer needs and company requirements or products.
- Focus sales efforts to deliver company target and strategic direction as handed down by the company.
- Conduct strong and clear negotiation with partners to delivery mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and regularly report on competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products including new products, merchandising techniques and instore execution.
- Recommend products to customers and company stakeholders based on the needs of the market to which you operate.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to both management and customers.
- Work with marketing and other departments to improve customer-facing communications and product information by sharing client feedback gained in the field.
- Staying up to date with all Western Digital training and technical knowledge to drive Western Digital’s market position with customers.
- Provide weekly accurate forecasting of sales to management along with plans to achieve company targets as provided.
- Report any business related issue that may hinder the quarterly business objectives required to be met.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor Degree of 5 Years experience in a similar role.
