We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Consultant / Key Account Manager to join the Industrial Software division. As a Business Consultant, you will be at the forefront of customer engagements, providing expert advice and solutions that cater to their unique industrial challenges. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our client's customers derive maximum value from their cutting-edge software products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a deep understanding of our client's customers' industrial processes and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts to become their go-to partner for software and digital transformation needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of our client's software suite.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and customer feedback to contribute to product enhancements and improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and our client's internal teams, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and revenue growth.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Business Consultant, Key Account Manager, or in a similar role within the industrial software domain.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial processes, automation, and digital transformation trends.
- Familiarity with our client's software portfolio or similar industrial software solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand complex customer requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
