**Role Overview**:
As the **Admin Assistant**, you will be an essential part of our team, providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, processing client orders, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with various office tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage the company calendar.
- Assist in maintaining client records, filing systems, and databases.
- Support with invoicing, quoting, and ensuring paperwork is processed efficiently.
- Handle day-to-day office administration and support team members as needed.
- Manage and update inventory for tools and gardening supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Process and track customer feedback to help improve service quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A basic interest in gardening or outdoor spaces is a plus
