Our Energy Provider client is seeking a fast learning and driven Office Admin / Receptionist to join their friendly team in Kewdale. This is initially 3-month assignment with the potential to extend or become permanent for the right person.

Our Energy Provider client is seeking a fast learning and driven Receptionist / Officer Admin Support to join their friendly team in Kewdale. This is initially 3-month assignment with the potential to extend or become permanent for the right person.

Working hours: Full time Hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 4:30pm

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: Approx $33ph + Super depending on experience

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Act as the representing face and first point of contact for all clients, contractors and walk ins
- Managing a busy inbox of queries answer responding or directing in a pleasant, prompt, accurate and efficient manner
- Directing phone calls to correct department or contact
- Assist the admin team with any required document proofing and formatting, database management and other adhoc admin duties as requested with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ordering of any office supplies such as stationery or consumerable goods and stock for the kitchens
- Work as part of a team to ensure the cleanliness of the office building is maintained

**Experience Required**
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role working in an office admin or reception based role
- The ability to work autonomously and part of a team with distinctive proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders effectively
- Must be presentable and personable
- Must have a can-do attitude and a willingness to help with variety of tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills and a high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
