We are seeking a highly organised and proactive **Team Project Coordinator** to join our **Transformation Team**at Autosports Group, Australia’s premier retail automotive group, proudly representing some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. With over 1,800 talented employees across 65 dealerships in NSW, QLD, VIC, and NZ, we’re committed to excellence and innovation.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving the successful execution of various projects aimed at transforming the way we operate. You will work closely with the Head of Transformation and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Planning and Coordination**: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Assist with accurate project documentation. Compile data to provide insights into project performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
- ** Risk and Issue Management**: Identify potential risks impacting project delivery and work assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project timelines/objectives.
- ** Resource Management**: Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure adequate support for project activities. Coordinate and assign tasks and responsibilities to relevant team members.
- **Change Management Support**: Assist in the implementation of change management activities to support the adoption of new processes, technologies
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Participate in post-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.

**You will have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Asana).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work outputs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
