**About The Role**
Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Pakenham, on a 6-month basis as a parental leave cover.
As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

**You Will Have**
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills

- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
