**Job Summary**
We are currently looking for a bright enthusiastic experienced Medical Receptionist to join our practice. It is a casual Position spread over 2 to 3 days (**MUST BE AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS, FRIDAYS AND SUNDAYS**) with additional hours required to fill for sick leave or Annual Leave.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Training will NOT BE PAID
- **MUST BE AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS, FRIDAYS AND SUNDAYS**:

- Experience in MEDICAL reception/administration desirable but not required
- Experience with Best Practice software highly desirable
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- MUST BE flexible with work hours
- Ability to work both independently with initiative; and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Well presented
- Maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with patient information
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident and energetic
- Ability to build rapport with patients and doctors
- Great team working skills with the ability to self-direct
- Any other administrative duties as directed by Practice Manager

The Successful applicant would be required to start training immediately.
