Remote SA-based opportunity

**Company***

Our client is a leading global distributor of innovative specialty chemicals and formulations. Their functional adjuvant and spray additives enhance their customers’ business performance across multiple market segments. Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to grow business opportunities in the broadacre and horticultural markets for their leading adjuvant and additive brands.

**Position Responsibilities***
- Create/manage existing business relationships to maximise sales & profitability in the South Australian broadacre & horticulture markets
- Work closely with key influencers in both the private agronomy & consultancy channels to promote & increase adoption of new technologies
- Identify the short-term business needs & objectives of key customers & develop/sell proactive business solutions
- Help to develop trial protocols & oversee any trials conducted to maximise exposure & potential sales opportunities created
- Forge working relationships with distribution, private agronomists, researchers, grower groups & farmers

**Skills & Experience***
- Have a significant network of contacts within the SA ag industry, including growers, resellers, agronomists, & researchers. Or personality to develop this network.
- Experience working in the ag sector, preferably in agronomy, extension, or sales.
- Strong communication skills, allowing for productive working relationships with a range of people.
- Good agronomy understanding to assist growers in SA overcome some of their key challenges.
- Demonstrate a general understanding of all aspects of supplier & customer relationship management, including supply chain, field marketing & branding
- Diploma in Agriculture (minimum)
