Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for industrial solutions? We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team and lead growth within a defined region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge products and build strong relationships across key industries.

About The Role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with clients in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Generation, and Manufacturing, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Deliver technical presentations and on-site demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to ensure clients maximize the benefits of our solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee exceptional service and timely delivery.
  • Prepare accurate reports and forecasts to track performance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven success in industrial sales, ideally with experience in heavy equipment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas, Mining, or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory (as far a Kalgoorlie).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working independently.
