Just Coordination of Supports (Just COS) provides _only_ Support Coordination services - Level 2 and Level 3. We are looking for a passionate, self-directed person to join our small team wo can assist with incoming referrals and managing the team.

**Your new role**

A Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting NDIS participants and their support network to navigate the NDIS, understand their NDIS plans, and support them to connect with local providers and community-based programs. As Support Coordination Manager, you will deliver high-quality transition support for people living with varying circumstances and levels of complexity, you will support them to build their capacity, independence, exercise their choice and control and provide high level supervision to the rest of the Support Coordination team.

**Your experience**

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant qualification and/or experience working within the disability sector and;
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the disability sector
- Experience in reading, understanding and implementing NDIS plans
- Experience in connecting participants to services using a person centered approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships
- Management experience of a small team
- Current driver's license, reliable car and willingness to travel to clients where required
- High level of stress resilience and emotional intelligence
- Current NDIS Screening / Criminal History Check (cleared within the last 12 months)
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and use initiative
- High level of organisational skills, and excellent time management skills, to work independently and manage own caseload
- Excellent IT, administrative and report writing skills
- Ability to manage budgets, negotiate and mediate, and strong ability to solve problems

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Disability Support: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
