**How will I help?**

As an Estate Care Consultant, you will be taking inbound calls in relation to deceased estates. You will play a critical role in delivering the Estate Service vision is a seamless, supportive, and sensitive manner.

In this phone-based role you will be responsible for taking ownership of the estate inquiry and determine the appropriate servicing path required.

**What do I need?**
- Minimum 12 months experience working in a customer facing/phone-based environment
- You will have excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Working with deceased estates you must the ability to liaise with vulnerable customers and situations.
- Resilience and the ability to manage calls from distressed loved ones
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fluid and flexible way
