**The role**
Joining Gadens' highly regarded Real Estate and Construction group, alongside Daniel Middleton, presents an exciting opportunity. The team boasts a strong client base and a robust pipeline of work spanning various sectors.
As a back-end construction lawyer, you'll be responsible for:

- Managing material disputes and claims.
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, submissions, affidavits and other court documents.
- Preparing detailed and comprehensive advice and evidence.
- Advising on contractual and commercial risks relating to tender projects.

You'll have the chance to work independently and collaboratively with partners and other senior team members. Additionally, you'll engage extensively with clients and will receive exceptional mentoring and the chance to advance your career within one of Australia's foremost construction practices.

**About You**
You will have at least 2-4 years' working in a well-regarded litigation practice with a keen interest in Construction. Your expertise will extend to back-end construction matters, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills for cultivating key business relationships. Possessing outstanding drafting and analytical abilities, you'll approach issues with a practical and commercial mindset. Your ambition and dedication to delivering exceptional client service will be evident, supported by strong verbal and written communication skills.
