**What’s the role?**

Within WIB’s Energy industry team, we aspire to provide high quality origination and delivery of customer and strategic insights for a diverse group of clients.

Reporting to the Head of Energy, you’ll be highly motivated to work on new to bank acquisitions and service an existing complex and dynamic portfolio of customers while also helping the team to achieve year-on-year and return on equity growth.

**What do I need?**
- **An understanding of the Energy, Resources & Infrastructure sectors**in Australia, coupled with an appetite for building knowledge of Sustainability and Climate change related issues impacting the Energy sector.
- **Credit and risk management experience for Corporate/WIB customers**to support CIB Relationship Managers to strengthen the credit analysis process and determine the suitability of proposals, including acceptability of credit risk.
- **Portfolio management experience**supporting research activities to implement the Energy, Infrastructure and Resource sector strategies, helping revenue and balance sheet growth and WIB’s commitment to high standards in credit assessment and exposure management.
- **Proven success of working cross collaboratively**within a Corporate banking team environment, coordinating with other industry sector coverage teams, Analysts, Risk, key product partners and stakeholders such as Legal, together with other banks in a club, project or bilateral setting.
- **A passion for driving client advocacy**and growth in the team’s loan book via support for high quality debt product origination and NPS growth.
