We are currently looking for a specialist in family systems specifically a clinician whom has an advanced understanding in men's work within the family violence sector.
The role will provide expert practice advice utilising relevant theoretical frameworks, establish systems and procedures to improve service delivery, manage stakeholder relationships to ensure there is an effective integrated practice approach to Orange Door operations and consult and collaborate with other practice leaders to build capability across all staff to work effectively with all clients.

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Tertiary Qualification in Social Work/Psychology/Social Science or related fields
- Registration with AHPRA or registration or eligible for registration with AASW
- Demonstrated supervisory, consultation and advocacy skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading family violence practice within complex service delivery contexts, particularly multi-disciplinary and multi-agency approaches to the provision of services to vulnerable children, families and diverse communities.
