The Role
This is a great, hands-on role for a results-driven individual who comes from a proven Sales and Customer Service background. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Team Leader, you will enjoy working to deadlines, be organised and customer-centric, and have a real passion for sales. You will be accountable for engaging with and creating positive relationships with new and existing customers, incorporating cross-sell and up-sell as part of each conversation.
Working alongside the sales team you will be responsible for construction sales across Australia as well as lead generation to increase sales opportunities. This role will suit a Sales Star who has proven experience and a successful track record of winning new business.

**This includes the following responsibilities**:

- CRM management
- Booking, planning, and following up meetings and actions
- Proposal follow-up Weekly
- Prospect List & budget updating daily directly into Pipedrive
- Quoting Daily, working with Estimating
- Letter & Proposal writing Daily working with Estimating
- Hand over complete project details to Operations once confirmed
- Working with other team members with crossover sections of sales/project
- Lead generation for external Project Consultants
- Provide accurate and timely reporting as directed
- Contribute to the team through meetings, what's app and general communication

**What we are looking for**:

- 2 years + experience within a professional environment
- Good understanding and knowledge within the construction industry
- Diligent Work Ethic, adaptable and flexible
- Full Driver's License
- Strong Customer Focus (External and Internal)
- Excellent written and oral communication ability
- Articulate with strong attention to detail
- Proficient to a high level with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SmartSheet and Pipedrive.
