**Key Responsibilities**:

- Physically Install Endpoint / Device including HP codec/camera, HP compute, HP touch control, and additional microphones (i.e. Sync or Trio).
- Wall mounted equipment installation, including drilling on walls to mount displays and AV equipment, running cables for AV equipment (HDMI, Power, USB & Ethernet), mounting displays (up to 2 under 85”) to walls, and mounting cameras to walls using HP mounts.
- Update and configure all HP/Poly components to ensure seamless functionality.
- Test audio and video functionality to guarantee optimal performance.
- Conduct orientation sessions on the use of all installed equipment for clients.
- Ensure proper disposal of packing materials by neatly stacking them for customer disposal or disposing of them in customer-provided receptacles on-premises.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an AV Installation Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in installing and configuring AV equipment, including HP/Poly components.
- Familiarity with various AV devices such as cameras, displays, codecs, and microphones.
- Ability to follow technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
