In this first level support role, you will be part of a team of seven analysts providing a high level of customer service to a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee the creation of incident/service requests as you resolve issues through troubleshooting and investigation.
- Important to your success - let's grow together- Experience using Active Directory, Cloud Desktop/VDI and Laptop
- Knowledge of Windows 10, MS Outlook 65, Outlook, Citrix
- Experience working within an ITIL environment
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks to deadlines
- Strong understanding of remote access tools for support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
