Shipping Coordinator/admin Support

- 12 month temp contract

International Supply Chain division of this well-established brand is seeking a team member who can assist the shipping and accounting department with the processing import documentation and payments.

It is essential you have previous knowledge of import shipping processes, further training on the accounting/payments will be provided.

**Experience & skills required**:

- Logistics or Freight Forwarding operations experience
- SAP experience, preferred but not essential
- Experience in MS Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient and accurate data entry skills
- Team Player
- Clear communications skills
- Data Entry

**Duties & responsibilities include**:

- Checking and registration of import shipment documentation
- Following up on any delays/issues
- Liaising with external stakeholders with regards to shipments
- Providing support to various departments, such as logistics and administration
- Checking invoices for accuracy and processing
- Assisting accounts payable with reporting and payments
