**Job Title**: Regionalisation Coordinator - Fixed-term contract - July 2025 to 30 June 2026

**Location**: Rotary International South Pacific & Philippines Office (SPPO), Norwest
- This position is designated as _**_Hybrid - Fixed Days_**_ and will regularly work in the office an average of 2+ days a week - with a set schedule. Managers may require team members to work on the same schedule to encourage collaboration._

**Position Overview**
- With the approval from the Rotary International Board of Directors, a Regionalisation pilot is being implemented over a three-year period across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands (Zone 8) to explore a new model of governance to ensure membership engagement, retention and growth.
- The Zone 8 Regional Council for Rotary South Pacific has been established to implement various initiatives to address this objective.
- Rotary Zone 8 encompasses Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and the South Pacific Islands. A total of 16 countries, with the majority of members residing in Australia and New Zealand.
- This role will be responsible for engagement of stakeholders (both Staff and Volunteers) to support the implementation of the Zone 8 Regionalisation pilot.

**You Will Have**
- Experience working in a not for profit / volunteer environment
- Strong inter-personal skills and a professional demeanor, proven ability in written and oral communications including public speaking
- Ability to interact with high-level international business leaders and volunteers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues in both local and overseas time zones
- Flexibility in working hours to be able to meet with volunteers outside regular business hours

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams and other relevant software
- Familiarity with business management procedures and accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**You Will Be Responsible For**

**Strategic Support**
- Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies and action planning of the Regional Council

**Operations and Coordination**
- Supporting Regional Council travel and accommodation approval processes with the travel agency
- Supporting project planning and execution

**Financial Management**
- Monitoring expenses and ensuring compliance with financial policies

**Administrative Support**
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes for the Regional Council
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Collating reports, presentations, and other documents for use of the Regional Council
- Support the timely delivery of papers to the Rotary International Board by the Regional Council

**Other Duties**
- Assisting with onboarding of new volunteers into the Regional Council organization
- Reviewing processes, technology and policies in conjunction with the Regional Council Corporate and Admin lead to ensure efficiency and alignment with Rotary International expectations
