Change Management Specialist

To be successful, you will need to have 5+ years’ experience of change management in process/system projects/programs. You would ideally have exposure to working with HSES Systems such as SAP EHS, Cority/Medgate or Enablon with exposure to Health/Hygiene business processes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Understand the existing Change Management Strategy and plan to understand content to create and engagement required.
- Responsible for developing communications for senior leadership, key stakeholders, super users, end users.
- Work with Health/Hygiene Subject Mater Experts on change approaches and facilitate the engagement and business readiness activities.
- Support Health/Hygiene Subject Mater Experts Stakeholder Management (engagement with Super Users and key Stakeholders in the Health and Hygiene business).
- Manage business readiness activities.
- Support Training Specialist with development of training materials and training schedule for end users.

**Capability and Experience**:

- Experience as a Change Manager/Analyst working in Technology projects supporting Change and Training programs across a business wide transformation / large complex business and technology programs.
- Change Management experience working within large/complex organization environments and with remote teams across different time zones.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management including ability to facilitate meetings.
- Experience working with EHS Applications, such as Cority, SAP EHS, Enablon, Intelex, SAI, Sphera and/or experience implementing change with the Health & Safety function ideally with Occupational Health and/or Industrial Hygiene business processes.
- Familiar with SharePoint, eLearning Tools (ie Articulate360)and O365.
- Facilitation, coaching and mentoring.

**Others**:
No travel expected, 90% of the time they will be working remotely

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $800.00 - $950.00 per day
