**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive change communications plan, with a specific focus on effectively communicating technology and ICT changes.
- Collaborate closely with the Internal Communications Specialist to align messaging and ensure consistent branding throughout the transformation journey.
- Engage stakeholders through a variety of communication channels, including presentations, manager briefings, videos, and other mediums, to deliver key messages related to technology changes.
- Work closely with Change and IT teams to capture communication needs and develop compelling messaging that tells the story of the technology transformation.
- Act as a vital member of change project working groups, providing communication expertise and guidance to support successful technology adoption.
- Proactively communicate upcoming technology changes in a clear and easily understandable manner to ensure stakeholder awareness and minimize disruption.
- Identify and escalate any concerns or issues related to technology change communications to the Change Lead for prompt resolution.
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously, each with specific technology-related demands and objectives, while effectively meeting deadlines and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Change Communications Specialist, with a focus on technology-related change initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to simplify complex technology concepts.
- Strong storytelling ability, capable of conveying the benefits and impact of technology changes in a compelling manner.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks, particularly in the context of technology transformations.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including IT and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing various communication channels and tools, including digital platforms and technology-focused mediums.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices is highly desirable.
