**About the Role**

Joining our** Supported Independent Living (SIL)** team in **Mascot **on a **casual **basis, you will support people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans
- Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities
- Maintain thorough record keeping
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
- Advocate for client choice and control

**Skills & Experience**
- Fluent in Spanish
- Experience working with people with disability
- Previous experience with catheter and stoma care
- Manual Handling Experience
- An understanding of dementia care
- An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
