**Your Role**
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This key role with provide support to senior leadership, assisting with a variety of administrative, coordination, and business operations tasks to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
**What you’ll be doing**
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities where no two days are the same. You will be entrusted with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the business, assisting with scheduling, prioritising tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate meetings, events, and other business activities, handling logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications effectively and professionally
- Assist with preparations of reports, presentations, and other business documents as required
- Manage diaries and travel arrangements, efficiently, ensuring schedules are aligned and changes are handled properly
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as required, including managing expenses, filing, and providing flexible support to meet evolving business needs
**What you'll bring to the table**
- Proven experience in an administrative or business support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior leaders or teams
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong skills in managing calendars and preparing business documents
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
