**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to supervise and manage a team of Dietetic Assistants and to liaise with dietitians, other health care staff and food services to optimise nutritional care of patients. To provide day to day 'superuser' and administrative support for the computerised menu system operating at Caboolture and Kilcoy Hospitals as delegated by the Director of Dietetics & Food Services.

About you

Liaise with patients, dietitians, nursing staff, medical staff and allied health staff regarding dietary requirements, selection, and delivery and monitoring of meals and supplements.
Perform delegated clinical duties and document the provision of clinical care in the medical chart and bedside chart are per local guidelines.
Actively contribute to meetings and participate in quality improvement activities and research.
Compliance with departmental, Facility and Metro North policies and procedures including workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and antidiscrimination.
