**Key Duties**:

- Allocate cases to the appropriate team member and/or department
- Keep on top of case management to ensure enquiries can be completed within SLAs
- Step in and help the team with ad-hoc requests and enquiries
- Strive to service each customer with excellence, ensuring that customer needs are met

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 1-2 years' experience in an administration role
- Knowledge of consumer and/or business lending is essential
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
