**Who We Are**

We’re _The Sneaker Laundry_ - Australia’s first and leading sneaker cleaning business, founded by a bunch of sneaker-obsessed misfits who believed that your kicks deserve just as much love as your clothes. What started as a Melbourne hole-in-the-wall has grown into a global cult brand with locations across Australia, and even as far as Bangkok, Riyadh, and Lebanon.

In 2024, we launched **Sneaker Laundry LAB** - a bold new concept that fuses sneaker culture with specialty coffee and matcha. LAB isn’t just a store. It’s a creative playground where streetwear, caffeine, music, and storytelling meet. Located in the Sydney CBD’s brand-new Martin Place Metro, it’s already turning heads and making it into food guides - for a sneaker store.

We’re not just cleaning shoes. We’re building culture.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for an _in-house content beast_ - someone who eats Reels for breakfast, breathes TikTok trends, and knows how to get strangers to stop scrolling and start engaging.

This isn’t a corporate marketing gig. We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a **track record of making brands go viral**:

- Can **ideate, film, edit, and post** with mínimal hand-holding
- Understands **what’s hot** on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts - and isn’t afraid to put the team (and themselves) on camera
- Loves sneakers, matcha, coffee, or just has **great taste and cultural awareness**:

- Can turn even the most mundane cleaning process into an _aesthetic banger_ or hilarious skit

- Behind-the-scenes at LAB and The Sneaker Laundry
- “Before and After” transformations that actually make jaws drop
- Drink creations
- Day-in-the-life and POV content with our staff and customers
- Viral product videos that make people say, “I need that now”
- Original creative that puts us _on the map_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
