**Job description**

Airmed Scrubs is an Australian-owned brand specialising in medical uniforms and apparel. Our brand is recognised for providing quality medical apparel at accessible prices, catering to the needs of healthcare professionals in Australia and beyond.

We are seeking a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team and help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll develop and execute content strategies, create engaging multimedia content, and collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams. If you're passionate about storytelling, social media, and building community through content, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content (written, photo, and video) that aligns with our brand values and goals.
- Manage and grow our social media presence by posting regular updates, interacting with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce product descriptions, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and relevant news to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
- Engage with our community of healthcare workers to gather feedback and insights to inform future content.
- Design and collaborate with graphics team engaging materials for PR boxes and event invites, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic and ensuring coherence with campaign messaging.
- Assist the marketing team with minor video edits using CapCut, Canva or InShot as needed.
- Stay update to date on the latest industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains innovative.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s core values, mission, and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of full-time work experience (or part-time equivalent) as a Content Creator or closely related field in the past five years.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and understanding of best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management can be beneficial.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
