**About the role**
Reporting to the General Manager, you will co-ordinate operational activities, events/presentations, documents and reports. You will be involved in day-to-day management of the calendars and other routine tasks.
You will provide executive assistance to General Manager and will be key point of contact for senior stakeholders in the business.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexible working based in our head office at Clayton.
**Responsibilities**
- Events coordination & management
- Preparation of presentations and paperwork, attending meetings and creating minutes
- Support to the Group GM; management of critical tasks, anticipate priorities and ensure clear communication and information flow to meet the GM's objectives
- Support to multiple managers across Fosroc & Protective Coatings

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant position or similar.
- Advanced Level in the Microsoft suite of products
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- A tertiary qualification is preferable
