Key responsibilities include:

- Responsible for repairing, maintaining, upgrading and keeping the customer AGVs optimally operational
- Resolve within a reasonable time any equipment servicing needs and ensure quality of output
- Assist the AGV teams with ongoing support requirements and projects
- Be a champion of Health and Safety compliance and adopting quality standards of continued improvement
- Travelling to customer sites locally and interstate
- Able to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customers

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
The successful applicant will have;
- Experience as a mechanical/electrical fitter or forklift technician
- Exposure to industrial automation is highly regarded
- Previous trades experience in automation, warehousing and manufacturing environments
- Must have current driver license
- Good computer literacy skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and solution focused
- Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
