**About the role - Internal Sales / Customer Service**
We are looking for an Internal Sales / Customer Service person to join our client who is based at DNorth Lakes Qld. You will have a solid Customer Service history, and have an interest in Sales, as well as a willingness to learn the business and their product portfolio, in order to provide a premium customer experience.
**Duties**
- Creating a memorable customer experience - ensuring all orders are followed through from point of sale, through departments to ensure the product is delivered in full in a timely manner
- Processing internal sales orders efficiently & effectively
- Assisting the sales team and dealers on all orders, stock, and delivery status
- Liaising with walk-in customers and over-the-counter sales
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
- Quotes and general data entry into ERP system
**Skills & Experience Required**
- Knowledge of offroad and/or 4x4 accessories
- Knowledge of sales practices highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and outgoing nature with a professional attitude
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM highly regarded
**On Offer**
- Full-time permanent role
- Immediate start
- 8am - 4:30pm
- Salary - $65k to $70k plus super
