Job Title: Clinical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sale and implementation of our electromagnetic navigation system and disposable feeding tubes.

You will work closely with sales managers to assist with system placements, clinical support, and onboarding of new accounts. Your hands-on experience and ability to provide technical and clinical guidance based on the system's instructions for use and best practices will be invaluable in ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving patient care in critical care settings. You will have the chance to work closely with internal teams to drive satisfaction and expand system utilization at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sale and implementation of our electromagnetic navigation system and disposable feeding tubes.
  • Partner with sales managers to assist with system placements, clinical support, and onboarding of new accounts.
  • Provide hands-on case support to nurses, dietitians, and clinicians during live tube placements.
  • Conduct product in-service sessions to ensure optimal use of our system.
  • Assist with installing and testing hardware at hospital sites.
  • Drive satisfaction and expand system utilization at customer sites.
  • Deliver technical and clinical guidance based on the system's instructions for use and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or sales-related role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel outside your primary territory may be required.
