**The Company**:
Sustain has partnered with an Australian-founded fin-tech that is looking to scale its marketing team. They have a core mission to make sustainable practices accessible to all Australians so that everyone can do their bit and contribute meaningfully to solving the environmental crisis.

**The Role**:

- $120K-$140K + S
- CBD Office
- 1 day per week in office

They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team, initially on a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role is best suited to a marketing generalist who has had exposure to full-funnel activity that engages a current customer base. This will ideally span across digital acquisition, content, social media, events, and partnerships.

The role sits in an existing team of 6, that has a flat hierarchy. It's a very collaborative environment with a lot of exposure to a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders and teams.

Given the business is currently scaling its marketing team, there is a lot of upcoming opportunities within the business and a likelihood to go permanent.
- Generalist marketing experience in a scaling fin-tech organisation
- Success management sponsorships and partnerships across government and enterprise
- Strong copywriter and ability to craft customer-facing communications
- Full funnel marketing strategy and planning experience
