Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a flair for creating a welcoming environment? Our salon is looking for a dynamic and friendly **Salon Host** to be the face of our business As a Salon Host, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere, manage the salon floor, assist guests with booking appointments, and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients with a smile and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they enter.
- Manage appointment bookings, answer phone calls, and assist with walk-ins.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and salon floor.
- Collaborate with stylists and assistants to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Offer refreshments, manage customer requests, and assist with any inquiries.
- Help maintain a positive and upbeat atmosphere in the salon.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-of-house roles is a plus.
- Energetic, friendly, and enjoys interacting with people.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry and providing exceptional guest experiences.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
