The **Premium Services Executive Host** role reports directly to the Premium Services Supervisor and is responsible for hosting guests within the Premium and VIP areas of the property, ensuring each guest has a positive and memorable experience that exceeds their expectations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your exceptional customer service skills to deliver a thrilling new era for Premium Services.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Monitor guest and guest access and dress code in the VIP/Premium areas
- Greet and assist guests in the VIP/Premium rooms
- Assist guests and Gaming Services Host’s with queries regarding VIP/Premium membership
- Escort guests to private gaming salons and assist with their needs during gaming activity
- Conduct gaming promotions and assist with guest gift days and perform scrutineer responsibilities for gaming promotions

**What we are looking for**:

- Holder of a current Special Employee Licence is preferred
- Proven experience within a guest service-related field
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through everyday interactions
- Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation and ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences
