Our client is a leading supplier of CNC Machines, Lathes, Mills, and associated equipment supplying state of the art machinery and equipment into government, education and private enterprises.

**The role**:
This an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales Engineer to proactively market and sell our broad range of products within the NSW region.
- Manage and perform the Service and Technical Support functions
- Manage all on site installations, commissioning repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Proactively reach out to the customers to build/maintain service porfolio
- Proactively build our customer Database information
- Build positive relationships with our customers
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Preparation of Machinery and Equipment prior to despatch
- Competently work on both manual and CNC equipment
- Liaise with key suppliers in order to resolve technical issues with machinery and/or equipment
- Travel regionally and/or interstate as required
- Maintain a quality Company image and conduct your duties in the best interests of the Company

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you must possess.
- Fitter and Turner trades experience with a mechanical engineering trade certificate is preferred
- Have a strong ability to work well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Desired outgoing personality
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, both written and verbal
- Understanding of Technical Machinery and Equipment
- Strong numeracy skills
- Driver's license is essential for this role
- Forklift licence with experience
- Able to travel regionally and/or interstate as required
- Able to work effectively both in a team environment and on your own
