We are looking for a dedicated customer service consultant to join our office at Salisbury.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Inbound customer order taking
- Communicating directly with customers
- Entry of customer orders and related documentation into our company system in a timely and accurate manner
- Outbound calling from time to time to existing customers
- Interaction with warehouse, sales and accounts department staff
- Processing and checking customer invoices and dealing with any invoice queries
- Maintain and monitor customer accounts
- Data entry and filing
- Any admin duties where necessary

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills or experience:

- Proficient telephone manner, communication skills and computing skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high volume processing
- Strong data entry skills
- Relevant customer service experience would be beneficial but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
