The Fresh Collective has an exciting opportunity for a Venue Manager to join our team at Strathfield Golf Club. This position will oversee the Bistro, café and Event space and act as the day-to-day point of contact.

We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented - a hospitality natural. You will have an innate ability to oversee the front of house operations, including managing all venues and service related tasks to ensure our many guests are provided with professional and courteous service.

Reporting into our Operations Manager this position is responsible for driving the growth and quality of F&B operations and managing an amazing group of service staff.

**About the Role**
- Managing a Bistro, cafe and catering functions
- Venue is open across 7 days a week
- Implement agreed set objectives and targets for catering and restaurant to budget and operational standards
- Financial Management - Labour costs and rostering, quoting and forecasting
- Implement and follow all policies and procedures in areas of responsibility
- Ensure all services and catering are managed and delivered in the appropriate manner
- Knowledge and implantation of Work Health and Safety practice
- Execute all onsite catering in accordance to client bookings
- Develop and maintain an effective business partnership based upon close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders

**About You**
- 2 years experience in managing upscale restaurant and catering
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work both in a team and independently
- NSW RSA
- Australian work rights
