The Role:

- In this role, you will lead a small team, taking control of all E-Commerce trade and digital channels, building, and executing core business strategy which will have a great impact on organizational performance.
- This is a varied role, where you will work across CRO road mapping, strategy, agency relationships, campaigns, UX and website development, and performance alongside your team.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a small team, and hold each other accountable for key deliverables and performance improvement
- Lead the CRO Roadmap, and enhance e-commerce performance nationwide
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across all channels and communicate with agency partners.
- Conduct regular reporting, strategy meetings and coaching sessions to improve performance
- Oversee website improvement, UX, and similar development projects as required.

Skills and Experience:

- You will be a self-motivated, knowledgeable E-Commerce specialist with a genuine passion for luxury retail brands. You will also be excited by the opportunity to lead a team, and ready for a big challenge helping to grow a brand into global dominance.
- It is essential you have:

- Strong experience specifically in E-commerce. Experience building E-Commerce strategy, CRO road mapping, and the ability to execute tasks quickly and efficiently are essential.
- Strong experience with E-commerce platforms and tools (Shopify and AP21 are desirable).
- High energy to grow a youthful brand, and to manage and train a team of juniors.
- It is desirable you have:

- Experience managing an E-commerce team
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, Retail, Financial Services, Automotive and IT space is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
