**Position**:
Parfums Christian Dior is seeking an **E-Commerce Executive**to manage day-to-day operations and website functionality across Australia & New Zealand E-Commerce platforms. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for ensuring Dior’s product catalogue, stock levels, pricing, art-of-gifting, sampling & promotions are managed effectively in Salesforce Commerce Cloud in line with the E-Commerce strategy & marketing calendar. They will lead local collaboration with Warehouse & Customer Service Teams to ensure efficient operations and deliver premium customer experience. They will also provide ongoing analysis and reporting relating to E-Commerce performance. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, this role is ideal for someone who has 2+ years’ experience managing E-Commerce platforms & order management systems, strong analytical skills and an understanding of the ANZ online market with a passion for the luxury beauty industry.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Monitor & analyse website performance daily to ensure website functionality, content & promotional activity is functioning correctly. Identify opportunities and/or issues and engage with Regional/Central support teams to troubleshoot.
- Implement the E-Commerce animation and promotional GTM plan on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This includes partnering with the E-Commerce Manager and Regional support teams to execute onsite e-merchandising, promotional activity and SKU creation.
- Lead collaboration with the Warehouse & Logistics Team to ensure effective order flow and management.
- Lead collaboration with Product Marketing Team to effectively manage and maintain E-Commerce stock levels across basic & novelty product, sampling, art-of-gifting & promotional items.
- Generate reports & insights relating to commercial performance, weekly trade, traffic, promotional activity and market & competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager, Media Team, CRM Team & local media agency to develop digital marketing strategies and identify traffic driving opportunities, customer acquisition and retention across key channels such as paid search, social, affiliates & SEO.
- Lead collaboration with the Customer Service Team and manage E-Commerce customer enquiries & feedback in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Contribute to the implementation of E-Commerce projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Digital & CRM Team, including raising PO’s and invoicing management for the wider Team.
**Profile**:
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant tertiary discipline.
- 2+ years’ experience in E-Commerce & digital marketing.
- Strong interest & understanding of the luxury beauty and/or FMCG beauty landscape, market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Understanding of web design and UX standards.
- Strong understanding of online content management, order management and data flows.
- Strong ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong presentation & communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and curiosity with aptitude to translate business objectives into strategy.
- Experience in using Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Business Manager preferable.
- Experience in using Google Analytics preferable.
- Experience in using Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist highly regarded.
- Experience in working with Regional & Global Teams and support functions and navigating global brand guidelines highly regarded.
