We are looking to help our client to grow their Accounts Receivable team You will be working for a leading global company with ongoing training and support

**THE CLIENT**

My client is a leading FMCG with a reputable global presence. They are looking for an Accounts Receivables Officer to perform data entry for various administrative duties to support the Accounts Receivables team and phone collections when required.

**THE ROLE**
- Perform daily transactional data entry tasks
- Perform receipting of monies for various payment methods
- Process bank statements, month end transactions, customer rebates
- Credit checks for new customers
- Setting up all new accounts in system
- Resolve internal and external enquiries in a timely matter
- Account reconciliations
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to help them manage their customer database
- Meeting KPIs

**THE PERSON**
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit
- Work efficiently in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and customer service
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Valid Police Check - this can be obtained at the offer stage and will be paid for
