Our client is a mid-tier law firm in Canberra who is looking for a talented conveyancer with experience in ACT/NSW residential and commercial property transactions. They're dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to its clients and have a reputation for achieving outstanding results. **The role.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
- Draft contracts and transfer documents
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Prepare settlement statements and attend settlements
- Provide general conveyancing advice and support to clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry developments

**Could this be you?**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
- Experience across ACT and NSW matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage a high volume of work
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry developments
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
