Conveyancing Clerk required for City Law firm.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced residential conveyancing clerk to join our busy property law team.

Our firm is client focused and prides itself on delivering excellent legal and conveyancing services to all of our clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of residential conveyancing;
  • Conducting property searches;
  • Preparing contracts;
  • Liaising with clients, agents and financial institutions;
  • Managing exchange of contracts and property settlements.

Experience in conveyancing is highly desirable although not essential.  The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work well within a team;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • A commitment to client services.
