MinterEllison's Canberra Real Estate practice is led by partner Edward Campbell. The Canberra team offers a comprehensive range of property related legal services for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, property funds managers and listed property trusts and for the Commonwealth, State and Territory governments.

**Your role**
We are looking to recruit a permanent paralegal for our Real Estate practice. We are seeking someone who can manage high volume and high-quality conveyancing, leasing and general property work. In this role you will manage the day-to-day running of many files, while also being involved in larger matters as part of a highly-regarded team.

**What you need**
- A very keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work
- previous conveyancing experience in a busy, high-volume role
- an ability to work as part of a team, but also manage their own workload
- exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
- the initiative and drive to take ownership of matters and client portfolios
- an interest in contributing to process improvement and systems
- strong IT literacy
- a proactive approach and positive attitude.
