Becoming part of the TSA team means that you can help to leave positive legacies in the communities where we build. **About The Role.** Due to recent growth, we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Accounts/Billings Assistant to join our Group corporate team in Sydney. - Previous experience in Construction, Building, or Professional Services environment - Experience with Subcontractors - Preparing monthly billing invoices and claims - Understanding of Project Management, tracking revenue/costs to budget - Experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail - Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment - Self-Motivated, organised, and reliable - Tech savvy - Excel Skills - Intermediate to Advanced (including Pivot tables, VLook etc) - Strong Reconciliation Skills **WHY TSA?** We really pride ourselves on having an inspiring & supportive culture and have a genuine focus on our peoples' wellbeing, professional development and work life balance, whilst I know a lot of organisations talk the talk, we really do walk this talk This has been recognised though TSA Management being a certified as a "Great Place To Work" across NZ and Australia. **Diversity & Equality** - TSA’s culture is an essential part of what makes us different.
