Multiple Customer Service Consultants needed for full time permanent positions

**Your new company**
Multiple Customer Service Consultant positions are now available working for a large well-known organisation to commence immediately. Required to work full time hours between 8am to 8pm on Monday till Friday and Saturday 9am 2pm. Located in the beautiful area of Latrobe Valley, the role of Customer Service Consultant will be to provide a range of efficient customer services to support both internal and external stakeholders of the business.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers and other stakeholders
- Provide sound advice and information on customer matters
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Ability to use initiative and problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict
- Strong ability to navigate and use computer systems effectively
- Ability to show empathy and compassion
- Can work well independently as well as in a team
- Confident and resilient

**What you’ll get in return**
