Compliance Manager

Global Fintech Markets business looking to hire a Compliance Manager with ASIC regulatory compliance experience, mostly remote working.
**The Company**
The firm are a privately owned global fintech markets business. They have offices in over 15 different countries with their head office being based here in Sydney. The firm have recently gone through a large-scale technology transformation and have transitioned predominantly remote working.

**The Role**
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies including ASIC
- Reviewing and implementation of compliance framework
- Create and develop policies, procedures, and registers
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure the relevant business units are fully informed
- Development and management of key business policies and procedures
- Review of marketing and promotional materials for APAC operations
- Development and delivery of compliance training material
- Scope and manage compliance deep dive reviews
- Provide ad hoc advice and guidance on compliance matters to the business
- Assist with marketing approvals, including but not limited to financial promotions, client communications and website content
**Requirements**:
- 3 years+ minimum financial services compliance experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
