Working as part of a state government facilities team
**Your new role**

Your new role sits within a Tasmanian State government department, providing project coordination and administration support to deliver a program of built environment projects. You will coordinate resources, contracts and reports to achieve the intended aims of the project - a range of minor building works across multiple sites. The project works are mainly based around Hobart, but some travel to sites Tasmania-wide may be required from time to time.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent administration skills
- Project management, research, analysis and progress-reporting experience
- Ability to meet contract deadlines and hold contractors to project deadlines
- Extremely organised
- Coordinate project related financial resources and systems efficiently
- Full time working rights and/or availability to work full time for the duration of the contract
- Australian Drivers licence
- Covid vaccinated
- Police check
